As for the school, the prices you find HERE include both the annual rent and X weeks of rent in depending on how many weeks of school you choose to pay.
Cost of rent and school you can pay it directly here in London at the office or if you prefer by bank transfer at least 3 days before your arrival.
By paying the booking fee now, if you want to take advantage of our school service, this amount will be deducted from the total cost of joining our schools.

WORK IN LONDON
The agency offers job interviews in restaurants, tourism and hotel sectors.
We organize interviews with potential employees and give to our members all the necessary information in order to obtain a positive result. Punctuality, personal motivation and good presence are important.
A trial period may be required: in this case, a clear understanding of the terms and conditions of the trial before mentioned (that is, how much is paid, when, etc.) is very important.

Members are required to inform our Assistant of Employment on the result of the interview (hiring or non-employment, testing, etc.) to keep the documentation updated in order to provide impeccable service.

ENGLISH SCHOOL IN LONDON
Our English school is recognized by the British Council and is just minutes from our residences.
Our English school prepares you for different levels of ESOL exams (YLE, KET, PET, FCE) and it can really improve your spoken English, making your work and your social life even more enjoyable. The courses can be arranged if you are working. the classes are formed by a maximum of 8-10 students each and they are flexible so do not coincide with the work. All teachers are native and qualified speakers with extensive teaching experience.
HOW MUCH MONEY?
Apart from what you need to pay on arrival (see documentation), it is always necessary to have money in excess, because, as in any other country, in England wages are paid late. In London, the first salary is normally paid after two weeks of work or sometimes after one month.
This means that you should think about the initial expenses, including transports, food, the third week of rent, etc. (The first two weeks are included in the amount paid on arrival.) If a package is chosen, the rent can be covered for a longer period of time, depending on the type of package chosen).
WHO CAN ACCESS OUR SERVICES
All citizens belonging to the European Union can work and live in London without having a specific permission. The English law requires that we keep a copy of the documents (identity card or passport) in our office as proof to those who have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
ACCOMMODATION IN LONDON
Our clients are mainly young people under 30 years from all Europe. Respect for roommates is very important. The agency takes into serious consideration any violation of the internal rules of the residences and any antisocial behaviour such as disorder, loud noises, physical or verbal attacks. Those responsible for any infraction will be expelled from the residence and the services offered by the agency will be suspended.
All clients must report any problems to a member of our staff both at the residence and at the central office. Our staff on duty has a distinctive mark.
In general, it is not allowed to have external guests in our residences; for any exception, contact the staff in service. Registration guarantees a minimum stay of 1 month.
However, during this period, anyone can change from one residence to another without problems. If you decide to leave our accommodation to find another one on your own, we can provide you have been a good tenant by written references.
Cooking stuff is also provided (except in large hostels) and the kitchen is always available.
Fridges and wardrobe are usually in rooms.
The towels are not included.
If you arrive late and you can not communicate with the central office before 17.00 from Monday to Friday or on weekends or even on holidays, we can arrange your arrival directly in one of the buildings with the reception. Contact the office with at least 24 hours in advance to arrange
The United Kingdom is not part of the Schengen area: therefore, an identity document is necessary for the entry (identity card, passport).
Transports: the metro is closed between midnight and 5.00, while buses run all night.
A train service connects the city center with Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, London City Airport, while buses go to and from Luton airport.
Always try to take a black cab (“black cab”) or an authorized taxi with a mark of recognition in the window or book a taxi in advance or at an authorized office.
The beginning of autumn and summer (June-July) are traditionally very busy periods so the availability is limited.
If you are planning your trip for these periods of the year, it is preferable to book in advance to avoid disappointment. If for any reason your request is rejected or if you can not provide the service, you are entitled to a full refund of the reservation fee.
HOW TO PAY IN LONDON?
The payment methods available in the Central Office:

- Credit card. In this case, a variable tax (2-4%) can be applied.
